..Jane Coshan (Chartered MCIPD), is a Consultant with over 16 years successful years of experience in the Human Resources arena.  During her career, Jane has worked as a Senior HR Business Partner with a number of blue chip companies such as Ernst and Young, Debenham’s, Sainsbury’s and B&Q.

Whilst working in her first Management training role after University, Jane took a keen interest in how employee’s can and do make a difference to the performance of an organisation when you treat them fairly and consistently.  As part of her training programme, she decided to study for her Certificate in Personnel and Development (CIPD). 

Jane’s broad experience and education has enabled her to develop a skill set and knowledge that will help a business, whatever the size, to define the most appropriate actions to take, to positively impact your bottom line.  Jane will review with you your current challenges, gain an understanding of your business and its broader issues and design and deliver successful solutions.  Whether the solution involves the restructing of your business, developing a new employee handbook, implementing a flexible working policy, coaching and developing your people, Jane will ensure she meets your objectives in the simplest and most practical way.

Karen Turton has over 20 years experience in HR within the service industry, Karen has a broad generalist background, and having been a line manager herself, a strong commercial focus and an eye on your bottom line.
She has specialist expertise in recruitment and selection, recognition and motivation and, training and communications.
Karen has a real talent for developing concise policies and tools that are practical and user-focused. She has written and produced several award winning training, recognition and communication programmes.

..SUE LEWIS (Chartered MCIPD) is based in the New Forest snd has 20 years experience in the HR arena, in a variety of sectors including hotels, retail and financial services. Experienced in both the corporate and SME markets Sue provides support, guidance and advice in a wide range of issues including employment law, change management, redundancy, TUPE, consultation and communication and performance management. She also provides training in many areas of people management. An HR Generalist, she is always focused on being pragmatic in her approach and seeking feasible solutions to integrate within the business environment.

Jeff Kelly is an experienced, professional and qualified leadership development consultant and Executive coach who can demonstrate real success when working with large, medium, small and charitable companies.
He works with businesses, senior teams, Individuals and Directors to help you to deliver improved results by helping you create sustainable change. He does this by helping to build high performance teams, increase employee engagement and improve your leadership styles and effectiveness.
He gets you to think through your needs, issues and goals and then he designs and delivers suitable development and leadership solutions to meet them.
